Life Coaching

Are you looking to develop yourself further, clarify what you truly want in life, and find new ways to achieve your goals? Are you navigating change, feeling stuck, or seeking more meaning in your everyday life? If so, personal coaching can support you in creating the clarity, direction, and momentum you need.

Coaching provides a supportive and non-judgemental space for reflection, creativity and focused conversation. Together, we explore different perspectives on your personal and professional life, helping you clarify what you want, why it matters, and how to move towards it with intention and purpose.

Rather than offering advice, I will ask you questions that help you develop your own insight and generate actions that are truly aligned with your values. When relevant, I may share tools or approaches that help structure the process or shed light on areas that are difficult to move through. The aim is to strengthen your sense of agency and create meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

If, during our work, it becomes clear that there are deeper psychological obstacles interfering with your goals, we can discuss whether psychotherapy, something I also offer, might be more appropriate or complementary at that point in your journey.

The coaching journey is flexible and always adapted to your individual needs. However, it often follows four main stages:

We begin by exploring what matters to you. What do you want to create or change in your life? Why is this important? We work together to prioritise and shape your goals in a grounded and achievable way.

Once your goals are clear, we look at what’s holding you back: limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, habits, or external pressures. Some obstacles are obvious; others are more subtle. We bring awareness to both.

With insight into your goals and blocks, we create a practical and motivating path forward. This may involve strategies, decision-making frameworks, habit formation, or embodied exercises to help you move into action.

We implement your plan, monitor your progress, and adjust where needed. Coaching helps you stay accountable and flexible as you move towards your goals with clarity and intention.

Coaching is useful in many areas of life. You might benefit from coaching if you are:

Seeking more clarity and direction in life
Wanting to live more in line with your personal values
Exploring your purpose or core motivations
Developing self-trust and confidence
Facing major life transitions (such as moving, career change, or relationship shifts)
Adjusting to expat life or returning to your home country
Dealing with workplace stress, burnout, or performance issues
Starting a personal or professional project
Feeling stuck, emotionally blocked, or dissatisfied with your current lifestyle

By helping you align your choices with what really matters to you, coaching can increase your sense of satisfaction, focus, and fulfilment in everyday life.

I adopt an integrative and holistic coaching style, informed by my professional experience in coaching, psychotherapy, counselling, psychology, education, and leadership development. I also bring in tools from mindfulness, somatic practices, and embodiment work when relevant to support deeper awareness and transformation.

You can expect a space that is empathic, respectful, and free of judgement. Awareness of and respect for diversity is central to my practice. I work from a culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and sex-positive perspective, creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel seen and supported.

Coaching sessions typically last 50 minutes. In some cases, we may agree on longer sessions depending on the nature of the work.

To support your development, it’s important to keep a regular rhythm: usually weekly or fortnightly sessions. Coaching programmes can range from a short-term focus of a few sessions to longer-term work, depending on your goals and availability.
