I offer training and support services that promote psychological wellbeing, emotional resilience, and healthier communication within organisations. My work includes tailored training sessions on mental health, interpersonal skills and sexuality; mindfulness programmes; and one-to-one support for employees and leaders. These services are grounded in my background in psychotherapy, mindfulness, and professional education, and are designed to create more engaged, emotionally aware, and effective working environments.
Training for Psychological Wellbeing
I offer training sessions for organisations and teams, focused on psychological wellbeing, sexuality, emotional resilience, and effective interpersonal skills. These sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of your workplace, and we begin with a preliminary meeting to understand your context and clarify your objectives. Throughout the planning process, we’ll continue our exchange to ensure that the training delivered is relevant, practical, and engaging for your team.
With a background in psychotherapy, education, and leadership facilitation, I bring an interactive and experiential style to training sessions. I understand the value of addressing different learning styles and creating a space where people can reflect, participate, and apply what they learn to real-life situations. My experience includes designing and facilitating trainings in a variety of settings: from corporate environments to public services, and teaching on Master’s-level psychotherapy programmes.
Training topics I offer include:
If you are interested in organising a training session or programme on any of these topics, or similar others, please feel free to get in touch.
Mindfulness
As a certified mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist, I facilitate body-based mindfulness practices that help reduce stress and improve mental focus. These practices are especially effective in today’s fast-paced environments, where overactive minds can cause emotional dysregulation and burnout. Grounding mindfulness in bodily awareness is key, as research consistently shows this to be a very effective way to regulate the nervous system.
I have applied these practices in various professional settings, including my work with frontline responders, people in high-stress roles, and individuals dealing with mental health challenges. If you’re interested in setting up mindfulness sessions or organising a mindfulness programme in your organisation, feel free to contact me.
One-to-One Support in the Workplace
Some organisations choose to offer additional support to their staff by sponsoring one-to-one coaching sessions for employees or leaders, especially in times of personal or professional difficulty. Personal challenges, such as bereavement, relationship stress, or burnout, can have a profound effect on someone’s ability to function well at work. Providing targeted support during such times benefits not only the individual, but also the wider organisation.
As a former manager within the Employee Assistance Programme at the London Fire Brigade, I understand both the need for personal support and the complexity of delivering it within professional environments. My approach combines psychological insight with practical support to help individuals regain clarity, balance, and focus.
If you are considering offering one-to-one coaching or support sessions within your organisation, feel free to get in touch to explore how I can help.
