Sexuality & Relationships

Sexuality, gender and relationships are deeply personal parts of our lives. They shape how we connect with ourselves and others, and yet they can also be sources of confusion, shame, disconnection, or pain. Whether you’re struggling with aspects of your sexual life, questioning your sexual or gender identity, dealing with relationship conflict, or seeking a deeper sense of connection, therapy offers a confidential and supportive space in which to explore these experiences.

I provide a sex-positive, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach to individual and relational therapy. My work is grounded in psychological depth, somatic awareness, and an understanding of how body, identity, desire, and relationship dynamics intersect. I welcome people from diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, sexual practices and relationship formats, including non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM.

You may be coming to terms with your sexual or gender identity, or seeking to feel more at ease in your body. Perhaps you’re struggling with sexual shame, confusion, or disconnection, or you simply want to build a more integrated and affirming experience of your gender or sexuality. These are all valid and important reasons to seek support.

This area of work is a particular focus of mine. Alongside my background as a consultant psychotherapist, I am trained as a Somatic Sexuality Practitioner and have undertaken further education in topics related to the body, gender, sex, and sexuality. In therapy, we can explore both the psychological and bodily dimensions of your sexuality. Body-oriented methods can help bypass overthinking and reach deeper insights that arise from lived, embodied experience.

I have worked with individuals across a wide spectrum of sexual and gender identities, including trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse people exploring gender transition or navigating dysphoria, as well as those who identify as asexual, same-sex attracted, or who carry internalised shame around sexuality or are being negatively affected by oppressive social structures. I also support people who engage in alternative sexual practices, including kink, fetish or BDSM, or who are seeking to create a sexuality that feels more whole, embodied, and joyful.

If you’re seeking support around sexuality, gender identity, or embodiment, please feel free to reach out to discuss how I can help.

I also offer therapy for couples, partners, and other relationship configurations. People often seek support when facing challenges such as communication breakdowns, infidelity, low sexual desire, or emotional distance. At times, you may feel like you’re no longer on the same page, or that past hurts have created barriers to closeness.

Relationship therapy offers a space to understand and work through these challenges together. The focus is not on assigning blame, but on helping each person express their needs and experience more clearly, and finding new ways to relate with honesty and care. Whether you’re navigating conflict, deepening intimacy, or considering whether to continue the relationship, therapy can support this process.

I also work with couples and other constellations looking to improve their sexual connection. As a Somatic Sexuality Practitioner, I offer guidance that helps partners understand their bodies and desires more fully, communicate more openly about sex, and develop a more fulfilling sexual relationship. This may include addressing sexual difficulties, building confidence, or exploring new ways of connecting.

Across both individual and relationship therapy, I bring an approach that affirms diversity and embraces difference. I work with clients from across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, and am experienced in supporting those navigating kink, fetishes, BDSM, and consensual non-monogamy. My practice offers a safe and respectful space where your experiences and choices are not pathologised but understood in the context of your values, history, and hopes.
